Billing and Insurance

      We strive to work with patients in order to give the best service available. We feel it   
       is important for patients to have a clear understanding of their insurance benefits and
       coverage.  Thus, we communicate directly with patients and their insurance   
       companies to better define their insurance coverage and facilitate claim procedures.

       Concerning managed care policies, some insurance companies have certain
       requirements and restrictions. We encourage all patients to become aware of their
       individual plans in order to facilitate treatment. Some restrictions include:

            • Requirement of referral from primary care physician (PCP) before a patient can
                be seen by a physical therapist or chiropractor
            • Requirement for patient to be seen by a practitioner within their insurance network
             • Authorization by physician prior to receiving treatment
